We arrange the rectangular bounds of your artwork together, testing different arrangements and optional rotation. Small prints can fill gaps beside larger prints. Transparent borders are kept; designs do not interlock through transparent areas.

The length you need depends on each design’s print dimensions, quantity and spacing. Add your picture or start without one, choose shirt sizes or custom dimensions, and enter the quantity for each size. The calculator arranges the prints together and shows the estimated sheet length in inches and feet.
For example, enter 5 Small, 4 Medium and 3 Large for one design. Those 12 prints are estimated together. Add another design if your order includes a different picture. Suggested shirt print sizes can be adjusted before calculating.
This calculator estimates transfer cost using the selected IndyDTF rolling product’s sheet width, required length and current pricing tiers. Minimum lengths apply to each sheet, and larger jobs may need separate sheets. It also shows an average cost per print.
