How to use the DTF gang sheet builder

1. Choose your fixed sheet size. Select an available length using the size options above. Review the displayed sheet price and quantity before opening the builder.
2. Upload and arrange artwork. Set each design to its final print size, duplicate the quantities you need, and place logos, names, numbers, or full-color graphics together.
3. Check the full layout. Keep designs inside the printable boundary, leave enough room for cutting, and inspect small text, unwanted backgrounds, and repeated graphics.
4. Review and order. Follow the builder’s review steps to add your sheet to the cart, then choose an available pickup or shipping option at checkout.

Plan artwork around the 22.5-inch printable width

Arrange your designs around the actual printable area rather than the total film width. Leave cutting gaps between artwork and follow the boundary shown in the builder. Smaller designs can share space beside larger ones, but the layout must still be practical to trim and press.

For example, two designs at 11.1 inches wide use 22.2 inches across, leaving 0.3 inch total within the printable width for spacing and any required outer margins. Two 11.5-inch-wide designs need 23 inches and will not fit side by side in that orientation. Check your actual layout before ordering.

Fixed gang sheets or rolling gang sheets?

Use this fixed-sheet builder when you know the sheet length you want. Rolling DTF gang sheets let you arrange artwork before settling on the printed length, subject to the builder minimum and pricing tiers. Compare both final quotes for your layout; neither method is always cheaper.

DTF gang sheet ordering questions

What is included in a gang sheet order?

You receive ready-to-press DTF transfers containing your arranged artwork. Cut the designs apart and apply them to suitable garments with a heat press using the instructions supplied for your transfer. The sheet price does not include garments, pressing, tax, shipping, or optional services.

Can I put different designs and quantities on one sheet?

Yes. Combine different designs, print sizes, names, and numbers on the selected sheet. Check the number of copies of each design in your layout; the sheet quantity is separate from how many artwork copies you arrange on each sheet.

Can I pick up DTF gang sheets in Indianapolis?

Local pickup is available at 8802 Madison Ave Ste E, Indianapolis after production is complete. Shipping is also available at checkout. Qualifying print-ready DTF-only orders may be eligible for same-day service; review the current pickup and shipping cutoffs and confirm a firm deadline before ordering. Same-day shipping means dispatch, not delivery.
