Rolling DTF Gang Sheets

Use a rolling sheet for repeat logos, mixed-size graphics, names, numbers, and longer production runs. Set each design to its final print size, duplicate the quantities you need, and arrange the artwork before reviewing the completed length.

Keep all artwork within the 22.5-inch printable width and leave cutting gaps between designs. The material has a reserved 0.25-inch margin on each side outside that printable area; those edges are not extra space for artwork.

Rolling gang sheets are useful for small businesses, apparel shops, brands, creators, teams, events, and high-volume orders that need flexible sizing, less wasted space, and ready-to-press DTF transfers.

Estimate the layout before you build

Enter artwork widths, heights, and quantities in the calculator to estimate the sheet length and Indy DTF cost. It is an estimate; the completed builder layout determines the final order. Use the free gang sheet length and cost calculator.

Compare rolling and fixed sheets

A rolling sheet suits flexible lengths; a fixed sheet suits a known sheet size. The better value depends on your layout, selected length, quantity, and price tier. Compare the final quotes instead of assuming one option is always cheaper. View the fixed DTF gang sheet builder or read the gang sheet pricing guide.

How is a rolling gang sheet priced?

The builder calculates the printed length of your arranged sheet and applies its minimum length and applicable pricing tier. Do not estimate the price by adding up the artwork areas alone. Review the final quote before adding the sheet to your cart; tax, shipping, and optional services are separate.

Does a rolling sheet include finished shirts?

No. This page orders ready-to-press DTF transfers. Cut the individual designs apart and apply them to suitable garments with a heat press using the instructions supplied for your transfer. Garments and pressing are not included in the sheet price.

What should I check in my artwork?

Use high-resolution artwork at the intended print size, remove unwanted backgrounds, and check quantities, cutting gaps, and the 22.5-inch printable boundary. Inspect the full layout before checkout, especially small text, fine edges, and repeated graphics.
